| 英文摘要 | 随着我国经济持续平稳的发展，在经济相对发达的城市，暂住人口的数量呈现出爆炸上升的状态，同时也带动了房屋租赁市场的繁荣。在部分地区，外来人口的数量甚至已经超过了本地常住人口额数量。这些外来人口的道德观念、文化修养、法律意识各不相同，这给城市的综合治理带来了相当大的难度。 本文结合所在社区暂住人口以及出租房屋管理工作的现状，基于ASP.NET技术、SQL数据库技术，设计实现了社区暂住人口以及出租房屋管理系统。其主要内容如下： 1.需求分析。针对社区暂住人口以及出租房屋的管理的工作现状进行调研，同时参阅大量的相关文献，通过和目标用户进行深入的交流和探讨，明确用户的功能需求和性能需求，并将其总结出...; With the stable increasement of ecnomics, the number of temporary resident population increaese tremendously.
