| 英文摘要 | 近年来，我国集装箱码头建设和发展成绩有目共睹，但仍然存在一些无法忽视的问题。一方面由于我国经济的迅猛发展使得集装箱吞吐量快速增加，超过码头设计能力，集装箱运输需求与码头能力缺口矛盾凸显；另一方面，我国大部分集装箱码头装卸机械效率低、装卸工艺尚不完善等原因也导致码头生产能力无法充分发挥。对一个已建码头来说，如何在现有的设施条件下，提高码头效率是缓解码头能力缺口矛盾的关键因素，这势必要求码头将信息化管理作为建设和发展的重要目标。本文以龙湾港务有限公司集装箱管理信息系统的需求为基础，结合当前信息技术的发展与应用现状，对系统业务流程、功能结构等方面进行了详细的需求分析及设计。通过系统的最终实现，对堆场...; In recent years, China's container quay construction and development for all to see, but there are still some issues can not be ignore.
