| 英文摘要 | 随着现代化科学技术的高速发展，全世界都快速进入到网络信息化的时代。信息化建设逐步深入到经济、社会、科技等各方面，税务部门作为国家的一个重要经济职能部门，进一步提高信息化建设的能力和水平势在必行。在青海国税，目前使用的信息门户后台管理系统已无法适应互联网实际应用需求，急需进一步完善系统，不断提高门户网站管理的效能，充分利用税务网站，加强税务机关与社会公众和纳税人的交流沟通，并且简化税务人员维护网站的流程。要解决这些问题，就必须设计一个可以在发挥税务信息宣传的基础上，能够实现整合税务内部办公系统，整合网上申报纳税系统，且自身还具备税务法规库和纳税资料的可以适应时代特点的税务网站。 本文就信息门户...; With the rapid development of modern science and technology, the world enters the era of Internet.
