| 英文摘要 | 在中国现代文学史上，徐霞村较少有人提及。其青年时代便开始在《小说月报》、《晨报副刊》、《京报副刊》、《世界日报副刊》等报刊上发表作品，并于1926年参加无须社。1927年与郑振铎、陈学昭等赴法留学，1928年回国。1928年到1930年上海卖文期间，其参加文研会和水沫社，主编《熔炉》，参编《新文艺》，期间发表作品一百万余字，小说、散文、译著、文论等多点开花，成就斐然。1930-1932年间，在北大、北师大和北京女师大任教。1933年，曾到《华北日报》编副刊，任“每日谈座”编辑，后又到济南齐鲁大学任教。1938年加入“文协”，43年任“文协”常务理事。抗战胜利后，曾在武汉《新湖北日报》任主笔，1...; In the history of modern Chinese literature, Xu Xiacun is rarely mentioned.
