| 英文摘要 | 伴随着城镇化进程不断加快，我国在户籍管理上的限制逐渐放松，农村剩余劳动力开始大量向城镇转移。农民工的流入一方面为城镇劳动力市场增添活力，但另一方面却出现农民工在工作岗位、工资、福利等诸多方面遭遇不平等对待的现象。这一现象如果能完全由劳动者个体差异（如性别、年龄、教育年限、工作年限等）解释，那么则是符合市场规律的，然而大量数据和研究都表明在城镇劳动力市场上确实存在着户籍歧视的现象。 本文以此为出发点，在理论研究和大量阅读文献的基础上，利用中国家庭收入调查数据和中国家庭追踪调查数据，对户籍、户籍制度改革与农民工收入之间的关系进行了实证分析。首先，本文建立了户籍影响农民工收入的实证模型，在模型的基...; With the accelerating process of urbanization, China has had a rapid economic and social development, especially since the Reform and Opening up.
