| 英文摘要 | 在当前经济转型发展时期，金融资源配置是影响“三农”经济发展的关键要素。但由于“三农”经济的特点，金融资源投入“三农”经济较少，严重影响了“三农”经济的快速发展。2016年中央“一号文件”、国家“十三五”规划等国家当期及中长期政策都对发展农村金融提出了要求。农业供应链金融是农村金融的重要组成部分，有效开展农业供应链金融服务可以完善金融资源配置机制，改善农村金融供给结构，推动“三农”经济的发展。 笔者在论文的写作过程中，结合了自身在农村的成长经历、在农资央企八年的工作经验以及农村专项现场调研，并通过翻阅大量的文献资料，对农业供应链金融的发展现状和不足进行了分析。当前农业供应链金融发展存在供给总量...; In the period of social and economic transformation, the allocation of financial resources is a key influencing factor to the development of rural economy.
