| 英文摘要 | 近年来，中国的“民工荒”现象引人关注，国内学者针对中国是否到达“刘易斯拐点”进行了激烈的讨论。但是，现有的研究几乎都是先入为主地在刘易斯模型必然成立，“刘易斯拐点”必然存在的假设下进行的。本文通过回顾自改革开放以来中国劳动力市场的演变，同时联系消费、投资、储蓄以及劳动报酬等变量进行实证分析，发现中国的实际情况并不符合刘易斯模型的假设和推论。 尽管在世界历史上的二元经济转型过程中曾经似乎出现了“不变工资”的现象，但是通过对80多个国家非熟练劳动力实际工资变化的分析发现：第一，绝大部分国家在二元经济转型过程中，其实际工资都保持了上升；第二，出现“不变工资”现象的少数国家，往往有着更为复杂的原因。...; The shortage of worker in China is an interesting topic in recent year.
