| 英文摘要 | 为了应对人口老龄化的严峻形势，我国已经建立起了三支柱的养老保险体系。就我国目前的状况来看，作为第一支柱的基本养老保险制度仍然对我国退休人员起着主要的保障作用，同时作为第二支柱的企业年金制度和第三支柱的商业性养老保险起着补充的作用。近年来，现收现付制的基本养老保险制度的缺陷愈加显现，我国养老基金的存在着巨大的资金缺口。近期，长期以来的“双轨制”养老金进行了并轨改革，机关事业单位人员建立个人账户，开始缴纳养老保险金。改革后的基本养老保险个人账户与企业年金具有类似的原理，这一改革使得企业年金得到人们更多的关注。同时，已有多年发展经验的企业年金计划也能够对基本养老保险的并轨改革起到一定的借鉴作用。 ...; In order to solve the problem of aging population, China has established the pension system made up of three pillars.
