| 英文摘要 | 农村养老问题是“三农”问题的一个重要方面。我国理论界对农村社会养老问题的研究不够系统、深入，研究的现实意义不强。当前我国正处于计划经济向市场经济、传统农业国向现代工业国转轨时期，农村养老风险越来越大，而制度供给严重不足，因此研究农村养老问题具有重要理论意义和现实意义。我国农村社会保险制度虽然多年前已经建立，但制度存在明显缺陷，实际运行效果不理想，迫切需要改革和完善。本文根据社会养老的理论模式、借鉴各国和我国各地方的经验，提出在我国农村建立社会养老制度要依据五项原则，并据此认为：“给付确定+完全积累”型社会养老保险制度是符合我国国情的选择。该模式特点是：第一，首先确定养老金水平，将其定位于高于最...; Rural endowment insurance is an important aspect of issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers.
