| 英文摘要 | 全日制高考补习班教师群体是一个特殊的群体，这一群体多由农村生源大学毕业生组成，因其弥补主流教育无法满足的教育需求，承担教育教学任务故而是一名教师，又因其非正规学校教师又只是补习班的一名员工，教师和企业员工等多重冲突身份聚集在这一群体身上。这种身份的冲突导致了教师们身份认同危机并影响教育教学质量和日常生活，进而影响着补习班学生的学习和高校生源质量。 本文通过访谈和观察，详细描述了他者眼中的补习班教师身份及补习班教师们亲身体验的“教师”身份之间的巨大反差。在他者眼中补习班教师是高收入人群，是工作轻松自由的白领，是教学有效提分迅速的专家；但在教师们亲身体验中，却全然不是如此，不仅课酬非常低廉、福利...; The full time teachers in the cram school is a special group, which consist of university graduates who come from the countryside. Since they satisfied the educational demand that the main education cannot meet, and burden the task of teaching, they are the teachers.
