| 英文摘要 | 都市设计的观念，源自于美国纽约，藉由土地使用分区管制规则具体条文规定，对特定区域的都市设计内容加以审核，也因此一打破僵化法令的弹性作法，使得城市规划管理进入了崭新的时代。 台北市于1982年在“信义计画地区”推动都市设计审议制度，高雄市亦于1996年要求成立“高雄大学特定区”之都市设计审议委员会。同时，台湾相关单位亦于1999年公布城市详细规划中各地区域之容积率。目前，台湾地区可以说，已进入都市设计与容积管制相互平衡之弹性管理时代。 为探讨近年来，台湾地区实施都市设计审议制度的优缺点，本文以台湾地区南北主要城市（台北、高雄）2011~2012年间，约500个都市设计审议案例，就申请内容、审...; Urban design (Urban Design) concept, originated in New York America, through land use zoning rules (Zoning) specific provisions, the urban design of specific areas to be audited, elastic approach is therefore a break rigid laws, making the city planning management has entered a new era.
