英文摘要	坏死样凋亡是一种重要的死亡方式，在机体胚胎发育、宿主防御以及各种生理病理中发挥重要作用。尽管目前坏死样凋亡的信号通路已经相对清楚，但其具体病理意义仍未完全明了，其中主要困难在于很难确定体内何种细胞何时发生坏死样凋亡。我们之前的研究表明盲肠上皮细胞在TNF-α直接刺激下发生快速的坏死样凋亡，但其具体病理学意义并未明了。我们利用并改进相关病理模型，探讨盲肠上皮细胞坏死样凋亡在TNF-α诱导的全身性炎症反应综合症中的具体作用，并探讨坏死样凋亡在急性阑尾炎病理中的具体作用，以期为急性阑尾炎的治疗提供新的靶标和策略。; Necroptosis is an important type of cell death which plays important roles in many physiopathological processes including embryo development, host defense et al.
