| 英文摘要 | 随着中国与马来西亚经济文化等领域的交流进一步深入，马来西亚的华文教育也显得更加重要。华文虽然不是马来西亚的官方语言，但由于在马来西亚有许多华人居住，华文在马来西亚的重要程度也不容置疑。在马来西亚的华人团体中，最为普遍也是最为系统的华文教育便是华文独立中学，简称独中。它是马来西亚华人传播和发展中华文化的基础和依托。在整个马来西亚的华人团体中，砂拉越地区的华人由于其来源和历史，又有着独特的地位和特点，因此该地区的华文独中特色鲜明，具有很强的研究意义。 由于政治和经济等原因，砂拉越地区的华文独中即面对着机遇，又面临着挑战。众所周知，师资和教学力量对于一所学校来说有着非比寻常的意义。想要剖析砂拉越地...; With the tighter relationship between China and Malaysia, the cultural interaction is seen more often.
