| 英文摘要 | 随着早期教育越来越受到70、80后家长的关注，近几年涌现出许多同质化的早期教育机构。在课程趋于同质化的同时，客户更为看重的则是服务质量问题，只有不断改进早教机构的服务流程，不断适应当今客户的习惯，才能保证早教机构的业绩稳步增长，持续经营。本文围绕厦门一家在国际教育市场上有着多年幼儿教学经验的针对3-6岁幼儿教育的培训机构——厦门TC宝贝儿童教育培训中心的服务运作管理优化展开，在厦门TC宝贝搬迁经营状况下降的情况下，对厦门TC宝贝的战略与服务运用管理学理论进行分析，针对厦门TC宝贝选址问题、服务运作能力规划与顾客服务总量问题以及服务故障点分析，这三方面提出解决方案，包括社区化市场活动、建立市区体...; As more and more parents who born between 1970 to 1989 pay more attention to early education, many homogeneous kids education center appear recently.
