| 英文摘要 | 受金融危机影响，中国啤酒行业千升产能并购价格成本暴跌9成。在众多厂商还没有从金融危机的阴影中走出来时，青岛啤酒、燕京啤酒及华润雪花等却已经开始了增资和新建厂的扩张行动。本文着重对青岛啤酒与燕京啤酒近几年的财务业绩、财务战略进行详尽的分析研究，尝试为公司今后的持续发展提供一些思路和建议。 全文共分六章，各章主要内容如下： 第一章：青岛与燕京啤酒的概述。本章首先对中国啤酒业做了概括性介绍，通过对啤酒业的概述，进一步分析青岛啤酒的百年发展及国际化历程，燕京啤酒做大做强的轨迹，以及本文研究的意义、研究的基本思路和框架。 第二章：青岛与燕京啤酒财务比率分析。本章主要通过两公司盈利能力、资产流动性、...; Impacted by economic crisis, the merged cost for thousand-beer productivity has been saved largely.
