英文摘要	本文在梳理项目管理进度计划与控制的发展历程及已有研究现状、项目进度、费用协调控制研究现状的基础上，借助于项目进度控制及费用控制方法在建筑智能化行业应用，结合建发悦城综合体的建筑智能化项目，针对综合体智能化系统在实际实施过程中的计划和控制讨论。通过工作分解结构，分解各个子系统的具体工作事项。针对细分的最小工作事项作出资源配置图，并作出项目进度计划和成本计划，在项目的实施过程中，利用甘特图法控制项目的进度计划；利用挣值分析法控制项目成本，从而达到项目的整体把控。在项目的实施过程中充分考虑各个节点可能出现的风险，提前出做预判，达到最终项目按计划顺利实施的目的。最后，对研究结论进行了扩展。 综合体智...; Based on the development of project management progress and the existing research situation, the project schedule, cost, coordinated control, on the basis of research status quo, point out that the project schedule control and cost control application in intelligent building industry, especially the everywhere is the application of intelligent systems, large and small, complex project, for future ...; 学位：工程硕士; 院系专业：管理学院_工程硕士(项目管理); 学号：X2010153038
