英文摘要	随着经济全球化和国际竞争的加剧，生存和发展成为各企业发展战略的重中之重。在企业的成长壮大过程中，各国的大企业慢慢都出现了不同程度的大企业病。随着我国市场经济的发展，以及全球经济一体化速度的加快，应对大企业病，保持企业健康发展是全面提高我国企业国际竞争力的有效手段。因此，本文立足大企业病的表现和原因，提出了应对大企业病的理论体系框架、内容和方法，为全面提高企业的竞争力提供了理论依据和操作建议。 本文采用规范与实证、历史与逻辑相结合的分析方法，对大企业病的表现、危害等进行了系统分析，论证了应对大企业病的必要性，并分析总结了大企业病发生的原因，进而提出了应对大企业病的七个策略，并最终与麦肯锡7S模...; With the intensification of globalization and international competition, business survival and development have become the top priority in the business development strategies.
