| 英文摘要 | 盈利模式是由企业设计出来解决利润为什么能够产生以及如何产生等问题的，不同的企业有不同的盈利模式，但所有要建立盈利模式的企业都需要回答以下几个问题：我想服务哪些客户，我如何盈利，我如何保护利润，我从事哪些业务活动。 光伏产业在过去的十多年中经历了过山车式的市场环境，从世纪初的遍地黄金，到2008年金融危机时的需求急剧下降，再到危机后的无序发展，然后就是行业过剩、企业倒闭潮，在最近一年又迎来了行业复苏。A光伏企业在此过程中生存了下来并开始对盈利模式渐渐重视，意识到企业特有的盈利模式才是企业可持续发展的关键，因此在传统的光伏制造之外，A企业向应用端延伸，开辟了太阳能电站开发和销售业务。虽然光伏产业...; Profit model is designed to answer the question about how an enterprise can make profit.
