| 英文摘要 | 家族企业作为私营经济中主要的参与者，在我国经济的发展中扮演着不可替代的重要角色。我国的家族企业大部分创立于改革开放之后，可以说还处于青年时期，但和这形成对比的是家族企业的第一代掌门人大多已近垂暮之年，需要考虑企业的传承和交接班问题。家族企业的创一代们有着强烈的愿望保持家业长存，而企业传承成功与否则关乎这一愿望的实现。与此同时，为家族企业顺利传承和家业长青提供基础保障的治理结构，随着企业成长和经济转型也遭遇到了瓶颈，成为家族企业可持续发展的阻碍因素，亟待完善。 基于此，本文首先从我国家族企业选择“传给谁”的动因出发，解释了我国家族企业之所以普遍选择“子承父业”是受到我国现实背景的影响，同时这一...; Family business is the main part of the private economy in our country, it plays an important role in the economic development of China.
