英文摘要	中国邮政实物寄递网是中国邮政经百年累积而成的核心能力，支撑并保障着邮政各类寄递业务。为切实发挥邮政实物网的效率和效益，中国邮政近年逐步建立起邮政网路运行关键指标（KPI）体系，对邮政网路运行的质量、效率和效益进行科学地衡量并评价。通过网路运行KPI体系的建立和推行，使邮政网路运行进一步实现流程标准化、操作规范化和管理精细化，并且为优化网路组织结构提供科学依据。 FZ邮区中心局自2011年开始着手建立网路运行KPI体系并试运行，2012年开始逐步将KPI数据用于各方面的评估以及优化决策。本文首先介绍了关键绩效指标（KPI）的有关理论，以及中国邮政邮区中心局体制的发展情况和主要功能；其次在简要说...; The China postal physical deliver network, which is accumulated for more than one hundred years by China Post and gradually become the core ability of China Post, plays an important role in supporting the postal delivering business.
