| 英文摘要 | 战略联盟是未来企业竞争的主要形式之一，但目前的理论研究还相对薄弱。本文从战略联盟的定义出发，尝试对战略联盟的运作机理、建立及维系有一个深入的分析，并从经济学博弈论的角度和计量经济学的方法出发，探讨战略联盟的建立和维系基础，为我国实施战略联盟提供一些借鉴。此论文的研究结果将有助于企业在战略联盟伙伴选择的问题上有章可循，做到脉络清晰，更好的选择适合的伙伴来建立联盟、维系联盟，对于企业自身的发展有着重要的意义。 文章最终将建立一个实用型模块，这个模块包括的核心问题有：战略联盟的运作机理；战略联盟的建立；战略联盟的维系。; Strategic alliance is the main form of business competition in the future, but actual theories are not so quite consummate.
