英文摘要	本文从产业竞争结构和企业竞争策略两个不同的角度出发对手机服务产业的竞争问题进行研究。 从产业竞争结构的研究角度出发，本文借助食物网视角对手机服务产业的竞争格局进行了分析，从企业间错综复杂的关系中理顺了产业竞争格局，并引入了超物种竞争模型，把市场上大量的零散竞争者合并成少数的超物种竞争者，从而更好地理解市场的竞争状态，随后借助多维博弈的思想，对超物种的局部最优策略与整体最优策略分别进行了探讨。 从企业竞争策略的研究角度出发，以手机杀毒软件为例，研究了在手机软件这一全新的市场中企业的竞争策略选择问题。在分析市场进入时机时，本研究发现企业在市场推广期采取跟进策略是理性选择。基于价格与质量的二维博...; This thesis studies the competition in the mobile service industry in two different perspectives.
