| 英文摘要 | 自由是政治哲学家思考的核心问题。当代西方著名政治哲学家、“新共和主义”的重要代表人物佩迪特的政治思考围绕“无支配自由”而展开，他致力于以“无支配自由”为中心来构建一种新的共和主义政治理论。本文通过对佩迪特的无支配自由政治理论的梳理和研究，发现佩迪特从“无支配自由”的哲学基础到理论基石再到具体的政治制度构建进行了系统的阐发，他试图超越自由主义和社群主义，构建一种不同于二者的“新共和主义”政治理论，研究这种理论为我们了解西方“新共和主义”提供了理论素材，也为我们思考政治自由问题提供了新的启发。 本文从佩迪特对人的心智思维能力研究开始，理出佩迪特无支配自由理论的整体个人主义哲学基础，然后探讨佩迪特...; Liberty is a core conception of the political philosophy.
