| 英文摘要 | 发展林木加工业是实现林区农村建设、农民创收和农业转型的必要途径，始于2003年的新集体林权制度改革为农村林木加工业发展起到重要的推动作用。这一非正规经济主要以家庭作坊、微型企业为生产单位，采取临时雇佣农民务工的形式进行经营。根据对浙江南部L村林木加工业的调查为基础进行的数据分析表明：在L村基层市场中，林木加工业链条划分为原料购买、产品加工和产品销售三环节，该链条中规则型契约和关系型契约共同发挥治理作用。具体来说，规则型契约依赖法律、市场规范等非人格化手段来约束交易行为；与此相反，关系型契约依赖信任、共同价值等人格化手段来进行治理。然而，农村社会资本结构的解体造成关系型契约治理的失效，致使产品销...; The development of processing industry for agricultural products is necess approach to rural construction, income growth of the peasants and agricultural transition.
