| 英文摘要 | 内容摘要 打击非法行医是一项长期而又艰巨的任务。多年来，全国各级卫生行政部门投入大量人力物力打击非法行医，开展一系列专项整治行动，规范医疗服务市场，取得了一定的成效。但是，在具体实践工作中，仍存在罪与非罪界限标准把握不清、案件移送过程中行刑衔接不畅等诸多问题。正是由于这些问题的存在，加之非法行医成本低收益高、医疗资源不足且分布不合理等种种主客观原因，使得非法行医行为仍未得到有效遏制，整治仍然面临严峻形势。 本文尝试从医疗行为、非法行医、非法行医罪的概念出发，描述我国目前非法行医的现状，分析其存在的原因及社会危害性，重点探讨非法行医罪与非罪的界限标准、非法行医案件证据收集与转化及移送案件过程...; ABSTRACT Combating the illegal medical practice is a long-term and arduous task to the health administrative departments.
