| 英文摘要 | 随着国际投资争端的日益复杂及其审理时间的不断延长，临时措施的作用逐渐凸显，而近来一些仲裁规则的修订更使得临时措施程序受到了更多的关注。然而，当前的学术界对国际投资法或国际投资仲裁的研究却主要集中于实体方面，对于程序问题的关注则要少得多。就国际投资仲裁中的临时措施而言，笔者尚未发现国内有相关的著作或论文，纵观国际上的研究情况，有关研究成果也并不多。对此，笔者选取国际投资仲裁庭的临时措施权力问题作为研究主题，这是本文的创新之处，也是本文的劣势所在。通过对这一主题的研究，笔者希望本文能够为有关人士提供一些有用的参考，也为我国未来参与国际投资仲裁提供一些有益的指引。 本文除去前言和结论分为三章。 ...; With the increasingly complexity of international investment disputes and the gradually extended time for arbitration thereof, the role of interim measures stands out, and recent amendments made to a few arbitration rules even draw more attention to the proceeding of interim measures.
