| 英文摘要 | 自侦权是法律赋予检察机关的一项重要职权。充分行使自侦权，依法查办职务犯罪，既是检察机关运用法律手段参与反腐败斗争，维护社会和谐稳定的重要职责，也是检察机关参与社会管理创新，促进依法治国的重要手段。如何用好用足法律赋予检察机关的职务犯罪侦查权，同时防止这种权力的误用和滥用，一直是检察机关十分关注的问题。自侦案件与普通刑事案件相比，具有一定的特殊性。由于自侦案件的立案、侦查、逮捕、起诉均由检察机关行使，权力较为集中，容易产生监督不到位的问题。人民监督员的监督作用没有得到充分发挥，存在法律依据欠缺、选任机制不合理、监督保障性不足、监督缺乏权威效力、被监督单位主导等问题；内部监督不够有力，存在监督对象...; The procuratorial investigation power is one of important powers gave by law.Making use of the procuratorial investigation power and investigating the duty crime legally,is the major responsibility of procuratorial organs which combating official’ corruption,is also one of the important means which promoting the process of the rule of law.How to make full and good use of the procuratorial investig...; 学位：法律硕士; 院系专业：法学院法律系_法律硕士(JM); 学号：X2010120043 |
