| 英文摘要 | 以《联合国海洋法公约》为代表的当代国际海洋法最大的成就之一，就是确立了专属经济区制度。该制度的建立使沿海国拥有了广阔的海域并成为其开发、利用和保护海洋环境和资源的“自留地”，实现了海洋强国与沿海国海洋资源的合理分配。但由于对海洋的政治安全内容着墨过少，随着形势的发展引发了专属经济区内他国是否享有进行军事活动之权利的激烈争论。中美之间还因此发生了以南海撞机事件、“无暇”号事件为代表的军事摩擦。 如何正确理解《联合国海洋法公约》，并随着形势的发展逐步完善该公约及其执行机制，促进专属经济区内他国军事活动问题的和平解决是本文所要讨论的核心问题。另外，就中国所面临的问题，应该如何从法律层面进行应对，也...; One of the most great achievement of modern international maritime law , represented by UNCLOS,is establishing the EEZ system.
