英文摘要	在海洋石油开发运输过程中，海洋油污事故会造成严重的海洋生态损害。当前，我国有关海洋油污损害赔偿的法律体系还不够完善，缺乏一部专门调整此类问题的法律。由于海洋油污生态损害的赔偿范围的法律规定的不明确，导致司法审判过程中索赔项目的不完整，损失得不到充分赔偿。本文在论证海洋油污生态损害赔偿的相关理论基础之上，剖析我国海洋油污生态损害赔偿范围的立法和司法中的不足，借鉴国际公约和国外海洋油污损害赔偿的相关规定，构建我国海洋油污生态损害赔偿范围，进而对我国海洋油污损害赔偿法律体系提出完善建议。 本文除了引言和结语外，正文部分共有四章： 第一章论述海洋油污生态损害赔偿的相关理论基础，对文中涉及的相关概念...; In the process of the development and offshore oil transport, Marine oil pollution incidents can cause serious damage to the marine ecosystem.
