英文摘要The optoelectronic chip implementation of a bipolar quadratic associative memory is reported. A new version of the bipolar quadratic neural network is proposed and an optoelectronic system based on two inner-product multipliers is used. The quadratic associative memory described in this article has a larger storage capacity and a higher error-correction capability than those of the unipolar one. Experimental results are also given.
