英文摘要	两岸经贸关系日益紧密,台商大多采用离岸金融中心(Obu)方式融资,面对台资企业未来的发展需求,引进台湾银行业有助于协助解决台商融资问题,也有利于拓宽竞争激烈的大陆市场。两岸签订金融监管合作备忘录(MOu)及经济合作架构协议(ECfA),为台湾银行业带来新契机。台湾银行业如何发挥自身优势,结合策略伙伴进入大陆企业金融市场,服务中小企业利基客户,是首先要面对的挑战;大陆消费金融潜力适合台湾经验,两岸银行业的竞合,是未来发展的趋势,并影响着两岸区域经济体共同的利益。; The economy and trade relationship of both sides is getting closer.Most of the Taiwan's business use the channel of offshore banking unit( OBU) for corporate financing.To face the capital demand of Taiwan's business,Taiwan's banks can help the business to solve the problem of financing,and explore the competitive market in Chinese Mainland.The memorandum of understanding on cross-strait banking( MOU of monetary supervision) and economic cooperation framework agreement( ECFA) signed by both sides provide a new opportunity to the banks of Taiwan.The first challenge for the banks of Taiwan is to exert their strength and integrate the strategic partner's resources to explore the market of corporate banking and serve the small medium niche business customers.The market of consumer banking in Chinese Mainland meets Taiwan's experience.The competition of banks in both sides is the trend in the future,and the trend influences the common benefits of regional economy of both sides.
