| 英文摘要 | 本文以六辊轧机为对象,通过影响函数法推导了工作辊变形公式。利用MATlAb软件的guI功能编制了六辊轧机轧辊变形参数化求解程序。通过程序,研究了轧制工艺参数如轧辊直径、带钢宽度、轧制力及弯辊力等对轧辊变形的影响。; As a example of six Roller-rolling mill, according to impacting function method, deformation formula of working roller is deduced.And, the parametric solving program is compiled by GUI function of Matlab software.Utilizing the program, the relations between rolling process parameter including of diameter of roll, width of strip steel, rolling force and bending roll force with deformation of roll are studied. |
