英文摘要	为保障金融控股集团的稳健运行,应对和防范金融风险,采取规范分析和历史比较的研究方法,从与我国金融监管结构相类似的美国金融监管结构的变革入手,研究美国金融监管体系的重大调整对我国的借鉴意义,提出确立以人民银行为主监管人的伞形监管结构,并通过成立金融协调小组、建立制度化的信息共享机制以及联合行动机制,构建以人民银行为主导的法定监管协调机制。In order to safeguard health of finance holding group, deal with and guard against the financial risk, it is necessary to study the significant adjustment of financial supervision structure in America, research its experience with technique of normal analysis and historical comparison. Based on this, it is proposed that umbrella supervision structure and legal supervision coordinatedm echanism should be established under the leadership of Peoplecs Bank; 教育部基金项目(02JA820013)
