英文摘要	从赫兹伯格双因素理论视角进行分析,可以发现目前我国大学生志愿服务保障存在两方面问题:一是保健因素方面,如志愿者的人身安全缺乏基本保障,志愿服务物质奖励处境尴尬以及培训和评估环节薄弱;二是激励因素方面,如志愿服务参与意识缺乏,能力和经验难以提升。因而,志愿服务保障需要在保健和激励这两方面都有所改善。具体而言,包括全方位保障志愿者的人身安全,提供适当的物质奖励,重视志愿服务的培训和评估,增强志愿者自我身份的认同和参与意识,强化志愿者和活动的链接等。; In this article,it is analyzed from the perspective of Frederick Herzberg's two-factor theory,and it is found that university students' volunteer service guarantee faces problems which mainly lie in two sources.One is mental factor,such as the absence of volunteer's personal security,the embarrassing situation of material reward and the weakness of training and evaluation; the other one exists in the motivation factor,for instance,the lack of the sense of participation,staggering in promotion of ability and experience in volunteers.According to the dual-factor theory,voluntary service guarantee should be improved in terms of two perspectives,which specifically include developing volunteers' safety consciousness in overall sides,providing proper material reward,paying attention to volunteers' training and evaluation; on the other hand,enhancing self-identity and sense of participation, reinforcing links between voluntary service and abilities.
