英文摘要	对福建省某高校2007—2010届全日制本科毕业生初次就业率和专业对口情况进行抽样调查分析,得出专业初次就业率、对口率二者呈正相关关系,大学教育内容与毕业生工作实际岗位要求差距较大,大学生就业指导工作实效性还有待提高等相关结论。在此基础上,提出了注重大学教育的特色发展,改进高校就业评估体系,建立健全就业指导的长效机制等相关对策建议。; A sample survey of the graduates of a university from Fujian Province in the 2007-2010 period reveals that there is a positive correlation between the initial employment rate and the rate of specialty-job match,there is a considerable gap between what is learned at school and what is required in the job,and that the effectiveness of the employment guiding service for college students remains to be improved.On the basis of the above conclusions,the author suggests that much importance should be attached to the distinctive development of higher education,the employment evaluating system should be improved and that a long-term career guidance mechanism should be established.; 教育部2010年度重大攻关课题(10JZD0038)
