英文摘要地铁建设周期长、施工技术和工程环境复杂、事故影响大,需要有效合理的风险评价。针对地铁工程的风险评价指标体系不够完善和专家评分数据处理欠妥的问题,提出了基于专家评分,结合频率分析和fAHP的fMEA风险评价方法。该方法参考了fMEA的失效分析模式,以“失效状态“为衔接,在“工序分解“和“原因—事故关联“这两个维度上构建风险辨识指标体系,运用改进的模糊层次分析法和频率统计对由专家调查得到的评价数据进行处理,计算出施工风险等级,并对失效因素和潜在后果排序。以厦门地铁一号线高殿站为案例,表明该方法在实际运用中能够更直观全面地进行风险梳理和量化分析,能够帮助工程建设人员进行快速的风险决策和反应。; The subway construction has the features of long cycle,complex construction technology and engineering environment,and significant impact of accident.The method,FMEA(failure mode and effects analysis) combined with FAHP and frequency analysis proposed in this paper mainly aims at solving two problems as weak index system and impropriate data representation on the subway project risk assessment.FMEA as reference,risk index system is built from two dimensions——‘WBS(work breakdown structure) ' and ‘inner relevance of cause and accident'.These two dimensions can be connected by ‘failure state'.All assessment data come from expert questionnaire.In the first dimension, risk overall rating of can be determined after the data from expert investigation are analyzed by frequency count and improved fuzzy analytical hierarchy process( F-AHP) method.In the second dimension(about cause and accident),the reason why some working procedure become invalid and the potential consequence can be learned from statistical analysis of chosen data clearly and directly.Risk analysis of Gaodian station construction in Xiamen Metro Project is selected as an example to demonstrate the effectiveness of proposed method, which make risk reviewed and appraised more intuitively and fully,furthermore help engineers and technicians make risk decisions faster and more exactly.; 国家自然科学基金项目(71271180); 福建省厦门市建设与管理局基金项目(XJK2013-1-1)
