英文摘要	本文关注城市中租房选择的实际问题,从人的需求出发,建立出租房源的适宜性评价指标体系,并以此为核心,利用ArC gIS软件平台构建城市租房选择系统,以优化现有的租房选择方式。为验证其可实施性,本文以厦门本岛例,运用新系统模拟找房,通过筛选、赋值评价和排序等流程,最终得到匹配的出租房源。; Focusing on the practical issue about rental apartment selection in the city,we established an index system of rental apartment suitability evaluation based on human needs.By using the platform of Arc GIS,the rental apartment selection system is built,which would optimize the traditional method of looking for a rented house.Xiamen Island is chosen to be a case for simulating the working process of the new system which can pick out the most suitable apartment through filtering,evaluating and ranking.
