英文摘要	本文从普特南的文章入手,解析了社会资本的相关概念,并详细探讨了其影响因素和与城市发展及社区建设之间的关系,以及在市场化条件下其对于城市与社区发展重要意义。同时,从社会资本的视角反思了新城市主义等社区规划模式的缺陷,探讨了城市社区规划的相关特点。最后,与传统社区规划模式进行对比,从培育社区社会资本的视角,论述创新社区规划的理念与途径。; The article analysis the concept of social capital with the beginning of the Putenam's article,and discuss the influence factors of social capital,the relationship between social capital growing and the development of community.Then,reflect the defects of the community planning like New Urbanism,discuss the characteristic of city community planning.Last,talk about the idea and way of how to innovate the community planning by contrasting with the traditional community planning mode,with the view of cultivation the community social capital.
