英文摘要Enantioselective transfer hydrogenation of a range of aromatic ketones in 2 - propanol catalyzed by chiral Ir(I) complexes, prepared in situ from [ Ir(COD) Cl](2) and C-2(-) symmetric diaminodiphosphine ligand. The complex acts as an excellent catalyst precursor in asymmetric transfer hydrogenation of isobutyrophenone. leading to optically active alcohol up to 98% yield and 98% ee after 4 h at 25 degreesC (S/C = 1200).
