铜、汞和铬对长毛对虾幼体的急性毒性; ACUTE TOXICITY of COPPER,MERCURY AND CHROMIUM TO LARVAE of Penaeus penicillatus ALCOCK

英文摘要在水温为28±0.5℃,盐度为32‰的条件下,采用静态更新法研究了铜、汞、铬对长毛对虾(PE-nAEuSPEnICIllATuSAlCOCk)各期幼体的急性毒性效应.结果表明,长毛对虾幼体对铜、汞、铬的耐受性都随着幼体从无节期变态到仔虾期而逐渐增强,且三种重金属的毒性顺序为汞>铜>铬.根据仔虾的96HlC_(50)值计算的铜、汞、铬的安全浓度分别为0.0408、0.00067、0.370Mg/l,而根据仔虾对铜的96HlC_(50)所估算的铜对无节幼体较为稳妥的安全浓度为0.0002Mg/l.; The eFFects of acute toxicity of copper, mercury and chromium For sequential larval stages of Penaeus penicillatus Alcock were studied at salinity of 32 and temperature of 28 ± 0.5℃ using the static renewal method.The results revealed that the tolerance of larval P.perdcil-latus to copper, mercury and chromium increased progressively as the larvae metamorphosed From nauplius stage to postlarva stage.and that the order of toxicity of three heavy metals was mercury >copper>chromium.A"saFe level "of copper, mercury and chromium to the larvae was 0.0408 > 0.00067 and 0.370 mg/L on the basis of thd 96h LC50 value For postlarvae.A more conservative estimate of the "saFe level"of copper, 0.0002mg/L,For rearing larval P.penicillatus was calculated on the basis of an estimated 96h LC50 For the nauplius.; 福建省自然科学基金资助项目.
