英文摘要	卵形鲳鲹(TrACHInOTuS OVATuS)作为我国重要的海水养殖鱼类,其养殖已形成一定的规模。推进其标准化、规范化、集约化养殖业的发展,提升其配合饲料质量是非常重要的。文章综述了近几年国内外有关卵形鲳鲹的蛋白质、氨基酸、脂类、糖类和维生素等营养素的营养需求研究及其配合饲料研发的成果,以期为进一步开展卵形鲳鲹营养需求研究及其配合饲料开发积累基础资料,推进卵形鲳鲹健康养殖持续发展。; As one of the most important mariculture species,Trachinotus ovatus culture has been a certain scale.It is very important to promote Trachinotus ovatus aquaculture of the standardization,normalization,intensification,and improve the quality of formula dietary for Trachinotus ovatus.This article reviews the nutritional requirements,including the requirements of protein,amino acids,lipids,carbohydrates,and vitamins of Trachinotus ovatus,and the research & development of formula dietary at home and abroad in recent years.It helps to accumulate the basic information to the further studies on nutrient requirements and formulated dietary for Trachinotus ovatus,and push forward the sustainable development of Trachinotus ovatus healthy aquaculture.; 福建省科技重大专项“环境友好型饲料关键技术集成及其产业化开发”[2010NZ0002-2]; 福建省星火计划项目“高效环境友好型卵形鲳鲹配合饲料的产业化开发[2012S0005]”
