中空纤维复合纳滤膜的制备与表征以及醇的影响; Preparation and characterization of hollow fibercomposite NF membrane and effect of alcohols on the performance of NF membrane

英文摘要以聚醚砜(PES)中空纤维超滤膜为基膜,采用界面聚合法制备聚哌嗪酰胺中空纤维复合纳滤膜。其最佳工艺条件为哌嗪(PIP)1.5%(质量分数),均苯三甲酰氯(TMC)0.2%(质量分数),聚合时间30 S,热处理条件80℃/20 MIn。在0.3 MPA、25℃条件下,该纳滤膜的纯水通量33.6 l/M2H,对1 000 Mg/l MgSO4溶液的截留率为85%。作为添加剂的醇,其羟基数及含量不同,对膜性能的影响也不同,可以通过这些因素的调控来提高膜的截留性能。; By using a hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane,PES(polyethersulfone) as the substrate,a polypiperazineamide hollow fiber composite nanofiltration membrane was prepared through the interfacial polymerization of PIP(piperazine) and TMC(1,3,5-benzenetricarbonyl trichloride).The optimum preparation conditions were:PIP 1.5wt%,TMC0.2wt%,polymerization time 30 seconds,heat treatment 80 ℃/20 min.Under the condition of 0.3 MPa and 25 ℃,it is found that the pure water flux reached 33.6 L/m2 h,and the rejection to 1 000 mg/L MgSO4 reached 85%.The additive alcohols showed a varying influence on the performance of the composite NF membrane by changing the hydroxyl number and the alcohol contents,which provide a tool to adjust the rejection of the polypiperazine-amide NF membrane.; 福建省科技计划科技合作资助项目(2010I0012)
