模具冷却系统对压铸模具温度场的影响分析

中文摘要运用有限元分析软件ProCAST,对压铸模进行了压铸过程热分析,用对比的方法定量地研究了冷却水的温度、冷却水管的直径及其位置对模具温度场的影响。结果表明,水温为30、50℃时,模具的温度梯度和升温速率基本一样;冷却水管的位置对模具的温度场影响较大,当冷却水管离型腔表面35mm时模具的升温速率高,热量传递快,而温度梯度低,模具的温度场分布较合理;改变冷却水管的直径,模具的温度变化明显,且采用10.5mm的管径,冷却效果最好。; Temperature distribution in the die during die casting process was calculated and analyzed by the FEM software ProCast, and effects of temperature of cooling water, diameters of water tubes and its position on temperature field in the die were approached quantitatively and comparatively. The results reveal that temperature field in the die is almost accordant with temperature increment with cooling at 30℃ and 50 ℃. Position and diameters of water tubes have a great effect on the temperature distribution in the dies and the isothermal layer. With distance of water tubes to the cavity surface of 35 mm, the temperature distrbution in the dies is mo re reasonable than that to 45 mm as a result of a higher temperature increment reresulting in faster thermal transfer and a lower temperatemperature gradient. In addition, with 10. 5 mm in diameters of water tubes, the temperature distribution in the dies is more desirable than that of ones when the diameters of the water tubes are 8 mm and 9 mm.; 【作者机构】集美大学工程技术学院
