中文摘要探讨了基于目标船船舶自动识别系统播发的信息 ,采用目标船的呼号、船名和海上移动业务识别码的三参数静态信息 ,以及通过建立被跟踪目标的跟踪信息链表 ,对目标进行识别与跟踪的“三参数静态信息目标识别与跟踪法” ,并对目标的录取、信息的存储方法等进行了讨论 .利用其动态信息 ,完成对目标的距离与舷角、dDCPA与tTCPA、危险判断的计算方法以及跟踪算法流程 ,并进行计算机仿真 .该方法相对于ARPA跟踪目标方法 ,具有易于识别、不易丢失目标、跟踪速度快、精度与可靠性高、方法简单等优点; The paper studies the method of identification and track for target called as "the method of target identification and track of three static parameter", by adopting three static parameter which is the ship name, callsign and MMSI of the target, and by establishing the track information chain table of the target, on the basis of the information broadcasted by AIS of the target, also discusses the way of the acquisition and information storage of the target. It accomplishes the calculation means of the range and azimuth, CPA and TCPA, danger judgement of the target, and does computer simulation.
