中文摘要	采用纸片扩散法测定了18种化学药物对3株鳗鲡致病菌(AA1、AA2和AA3)的抑菌效果,结果显示,该3株致病菌对多肽类药物和氨基糖苷类药物敏感;采用液体稀释法分别测定7种化学药物和3种常用中草药对3株致病菌的最小抑菌浓度,结果显示,对于化学药物的抑菌效果,2种检测方法结果基本一致。进一步选择五倍子与其中4种化学药物联用研究,筛选出价廉而抑菌效果好的中西药复方,并评测该复方药物对细菌人工感染欧洲鳗鲡(Anguilla an-guilla)的防治效果。结果显示,五倍子(Rhus chinensis)与氟苯尼考联用可协同抑制该3株细菌的生长,以该复方药物防治上述3株细菌人工感染鳗鲡时,被感染鳗鲡存活率可提高20%~50%。; To screen effective compounds of Chinese herbal medicine and antimicrobial agents for controlling bacterial diseases of European eels(Anguilla anguilla),bacteriostatic activities of eighteen antimicrobial agents against three pathogenic bacteria(AA1,AA 2 and AA3) from eels were estimated using the method of disc diffusion.The results showed that all of the bacteria were sensitive to antimicrobial peptides and aminoglycosides.Then the minimum inhibitory concentrations(MICs) of seven antimicrobial agents and three Chinese herbal medicines against the three bacteria were estimated and further the MICs of Rhus chinensis M.combined with one of the four antimicrobial agents were also investigated.The results showed that combination of florfenicol and Rhus Chinensis M.could inhibit the growth of the three bacteria.Furthermore,the compound was used in curing eels artificially challenged by the three pathogenic bacteria.The results showed that the cumulative survival rates of eels administrated was 20%-50% higher than those of eels non-administrated.; 【作者单位】集美大学水产学院；福建省高校水产科学技术与食品安全重点实验室；集美大学水产生物技术研究所；【作者英文名】HUANG Wenshu1,2,3,CHEN Xuehao1,2,3,LIANG Ying1,2,3,GUO Songlin1,2,3,GUAN Ruizhang1,2,3 1.Fisheries College,Jimei University,Xiamen 361021,China; 2.Key Laboratory of Science and Technology for Aquaculture and Food Safety(Jimei University),Xiamen 36102
