中文摘要	１９９５年盛夏，福建省厦门市杏林区某鳖养殖场，体重１０～２０ｇ的稚鳖暴发一种严重的传染性疾病，病鳖外观除腹甲充血外，其它正常；内脏肝水肿，心脏贫血，肾肿大，胃肠壁血管充血。对该病的病原进行了分离、培养、人工感染、菌种鉴定、药敏试验等试验研究，确认引起该病的病原菌为温和气单胞菌（Ａｅｒｏｍｏｎａｓｓｏｂｒｉａ）和一株气单胞菌未定种（Ａｅｒｏｍｏｎａｓｅｐ．）药物敏感试验表明该病的防治宜采用环丙沙星、氟呱酸、丁胺卡那霉素、庆大霉素等药物。; 篈n infectious disease attacked the young turtles weighted between 10g and 20gin some aquatic farms at Xinglin District of Xiamen，with the symptoms of abdomen con-gestion，liver oedema，heart anaemia，swelt kidney and abdominal and intestina insidecongestion. Based on the disease，a number of experiments have been carried out to iden-tify．that the pathogeny of the disease is Aeromonas sobria and Aeromonas sp by means ofseparation and cultiration of the pathogeny，characterizatcon artificial infection，andmedicine sensitirity，etc. and to recommend Ciprofloxacin，Norploxacin，Gentamycini，Amikacin as the right medicines for the prevention and elimination of the disease。; 【作者单位】集美大学水产学院；【作者英文名】Chen Xiaofeng; Zou Changyi（Department of Aquaculture，Xiamen Fisheries College，Xiamen 361021）
