中文摘要	针对当前建设工程担保公司确定担保额度和担保费用缺乏依据的现象,运用博弈论求解最优担保额度和担保费用,以期对建设工程担保市场实践提供理论依据;基于委托代理理论构建理论模型,测算担保公司的最优担保费用,根据市场一般担保费率求解最优担保额度;结合建设工程担保实践,对理论模型和理论结果进行案例应用与分析。; Based on the unreasonable phenomenon on the decisions of construction project surety amount and fee,using the game theory,analyzes the optimal surety amount and fee. The purpose is to provide theoretical basis for the project surety practice. Based on the principal-agent theory,a theoretical model is built to calculate the optimal construction project surety fee. Based on the rate of construction project surety fee in actual market,the optimal construction project surety amount is calculated. Referring the practice of project surety,an example is given to illustrate how to utilize the theoretical model and solutions.
