中文摘要	我国正处于现代化、工业化和城镇化迅速发展的时代背景之下,在全国范围内实行耕地占补平衡政策对于国家粮食安全、城市发展和社会管理都具有重要的意义。该研究在诠释"耕地占补平衡"和"耕地占补平衡政策"核心概念的基础上,全面回顾了我国占补平衡政策的相关研究,从公共政策研究视角指出了我国耕地耕地占补平衡政策研究的不足,并对未来研究进行了展望。; Summary of Study on China's Cultivated Land Requisition-Compensation Balance Policy SUN Rui et al(Center of Strategic Emerging Industries,School of Social Sciences,Tsinghua University,Beijing 100084) Abstract In the context of rapid development of modernization,industrialization and urbanization,the implementation of Cultivated Land Requisition-Compensation Balance Policy in China is of great significance to national food security,rural and urban development as well as social management.Based on the interpretation of Cultivated Land Requisition-Compensation Balance and Cultivated Land Requisition-Compensation Balance Policy,the paper conducts a comprehensive review of related research on Cultivated Land Requisition-Compensation Balance Policy in China.Finally,as a public policy perspective,the paper puts forward the shortcomings of the current research,and forecasts the prospect for future research.
