中文摘要	发展创新集群是我国转变经济增长方式、推动经济快速增长的重要抓手。加强中美创新集群合作对于推动我国创新集群发展具有重要战略意义。通过对中美两国典型创新集群发展模式的比较分析可以发现,中美创新集群存在一定的相似之处,同时也存在一定的差异。为了推动我国创新集群快速发展,建设出一批具有国际影响力的创新集群,有必要加强与美国一流创新集群的合作,在创新人才、创新中介、创新产业、创业型大学和创新政策体制等方面展开深入合作。; It is a significant strategy to promote economic growth and transform the growth pattern in China by developing innovation clusters. Strengthening the cooperation of Sino-US innovation cluster is strategically important for the Chinese innovation cluster development. The present paper first defines the concept and meaning of innovation clusters; secondly it gives a brief introduction to the development model of typical American innovation clusters( e. g. Silicon Valley and Massachusetts) and their Chinese counterparts( e. g. Zhongguancun and Zhangjiang Park); and then it sums up the similarities and differences between the two countries,problems of Chinese and successful experiences of American's. Finally it puts forward a strategic countermeasure to promote Sino-US innovation clusters' cooperation.
