中文摘要【目的】研究不同材料复合墙体对日光温室内温度环境的影响。【方法】采用计算流体力学(CFD)技术对17种复合墙体日光温室的温度环境进行模拟。17种墙体方案中,墙体总厚度不变,砖墙及绝热材料的厚度发生变化。模拟所采用的模型为经过校核的模型,模拟区域为日光温室及其下面1 m深土壤。【结果】在晴天条件下,靠近室内侧砖墙越薄(0.12 m)时,不论该层后面的绝热层厚度及墙体组成如何,夜间室内空气温度高于室内侧较厚砖墙(0.24、0.36、0.48 m)的其他墙体方案;夜间较薄墙体内表面温度及近室内侧墙体温度也高于其他墙体。【结论】对日光温室复合墙体的选择及建造具有指导意义。; 【Objective】The wall design of Chinese solar greenhouses(CSG) is closely related to the inside air temperature.【Method】The temperatures in CSG were simulated for seventeen wall layer designs using Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD). The brick wall or insulation layer thicknesses were changed in each of the seventeen designs with the total layered wall thickness( the thickness of the walls remained the same).The numerical models were validated in a previous study(Tong et al.,2009). The simulation domain included the CSG itself and the soil down to 1 m deep below the CSG.【Result】The study showed that,for clear days,a thin 0. 12 m thick brick wall on the inner surface with an adjacent insulation layer gave off higher air temperatures at night than the other wall designs with 0. 24 m,0. 36 m or 0. 48 m thick brick walls at the inner surface,regardless of the thicknesses of the adjacent insulation layer or the arrangement of the brick walls and insulation layers after this thin brick wall layer. The study also showed that during the night,the inner surface temperature and the wall temperature near the inner surface for the 0. 12 m thick brick wall were both higher than those of the other wall designs.【Conclusion】The results can guide the selection and construction of future CSG layered walls.
